The villa architecture characterizes Dalmatian traditional style of building, but it is updated with high modern standards. It has wood open beam ceilings and high quality ceramics tiled floors with a floor heating. Villa was built with Winerberger Protothrerm bricks, one of the most outstanding on the market at the moment. Facade is partly lined with high quality stone, as well as all windows and doors frames. All shutters are hand made Croatian product, made from the finest quality wood. Roof is made of clayey tile, type “Mediteran”.
