The land plot by the house is of the surface of 1450 sqm and is situated in a thick pine forest. For many years, the land by the house was used as the auto-camp owned by the family, so that the terrain is landscaped and divided in cascades. There are the connections to the water supply and electric network, as well as the telephone line.

The house is situated high on the rocks right above the sea, so there is approx. 1 min by foot to the sea or 100 m. Near the house (3 - 4 min by foot), in the same bay, there are two beautiful pebble/sandy beaches. the bay is also very convenient for harbouring small vessels. The construction of the house was finished in 1967, and it is owned by a family and it has been used only as a vacation house during summer months.

The house is in a pretty bad condition, due to the great exploitation over the years, and little investment. A few years ago, the partial adaptation/upgrade has started, but was abandoned, so the current state of the house is "incomplete adaptation".
