The house consists of 3 storeys; on the ground floor there is an air conditioned tavern with fire place, a bar and a toilet, and with a separate entrance, and on the 1st and 2nd floor there are two 3 -star apartments; one studio apartment 2+1 and the other apartment for 4 persons. The house has a building permit and the operating permit. You can spend a carefree and a very pleasant vacation here - with the numerous advantages offered by this locality: clear blue sea, pebble beaches, many possibilities for fun and active vacation - surfing, sailing, rafting, kayaking, and what is important - you will be so close, but still far enough from the everyday busy lifestyle and the crowd of tourist destinations.
