Extensive description: The house is situated in the beautiful bay, in the first row to the sea and the beach. It is restored back to the original old fishermen stone house. It was built 100 years ago and has an exceptional value for its location as well as for the way it was reconstructed. The house is situated in one of the most beautiful places on the island of Vis. It is positioned in cascades, and has an open sea-view from all the rooms. There is a car acess and a parking place. The surface of the house is 300 sq m, and the house plot is of teh surface of 507 sq m.

There are 3 apartments in the house and one separated room with its own Mediterranean garden with a kitchen. All the apartments are completely equipped and in function. All the accommodation capacities have separate entrances and their own terraces with the view of the sea and the beach. Near the house there is a small archipelago with a few islands that have sandy beaches. There is a road leading to the house. The water comes from the water supply system of the island of Vis (Vis has its own water springs with the top quality drinking-water). The house also has a pier and a berth right infront of the house. Underneath the house there is a natural pebble beach with a concrete plateau for sunbathing and the stairs leading into the sea. The garden is cultivated with the Mediterranean plants, there are facilities for spending time (a barbecue, a shower, outdoor living room with an exceptional sea-view).
