The villas are located in a small village on the island Ugljan, on the southwest coast of the island. Complex is only 10 m away from the beach, consists of 15 villas situated one behind the other in a zig-zag principle to provide each of the villas a view of the sea. Each villa has its own outdoor swimming pool of 24 m2.
