About: Five star tourist resort with first class nautical marina.

This project is made according to ?Best-use concept?. Essentially, it is a exclusive tourist resort which focuses on a luxurious hotel which serves nautical marina for larger vessels. Around marina, within 100m from the coast line, all utility services are located including many sport areas. Central part of this area is a five star hotel with 190 rooms (6.080sqm NKP), 10 suites (430sqm NKP), 420 beds. Altogether, hotel covers 15.600sqm BRP.

Above 100m from the coast line, project will be built as an apartment type development with individual villas and smaller apartment buildings. Extensive use of green areas and certain other details would emphasize exclusivity of location.

There will be 50 studio apartments, 100 beds, 1.750sqm NKP. There will be 100 one bedroom apartments, 200+120 beds, 4.800sqm NKP. There will be 25 two bedrooms apartments, 100 beds, 1.900sqm NKP. There will be 10 three bedrooms apartments, 60 beds, 1.040sqm NKP. In total apartments will have 12.337sqm NKP.

Hotel will also have 84 outdoor and 84 indoor parking places covering 5.000sqm BRP. Apartments will have 186 outdoor parking places.

Whole project development area is 200.000sqm and 60.000sqm coastal area. Altogether, 1.800 beds and 110 berths are planned.

In the hotel area, there will be many additional facilities. That includes wellness centre, indoor pool, solarium, shopping centre, aperitif and cafe bars, restaurants and other services.

Development is close to the ?Split International Airport? and newly built across-the-state highway, that is also stretching along the coast making the project very accessible.
