About: Hotel is situated in the old pine forest with an open view of the sea and the beach is in front with a large terrace and a café bar. All rooms have bathroom/toilet, telephone and heating. There are 89 double rooms, each with loggia and two apartments. Beside that, there is a reception area, restaurant with kitchen, a tavern, manager office, auxiliary areas for service personnel and a toilet area for them, warehouses, cooling chamber etc. Hotel has been built in 1972. In 1989 it has been rebuilt and completely renovated. In 2004 it was not operational. Hotel building occupies one half of the land plot, while the other one is empty and can be developed. There are also surrounding land plots which can be bought additionally. The listed price is set according to official estimate, but is negotiable.
